Purchased vinyl plank flooring for the entire top floor and a bit of carpet for our stairs and had it installed. Manager was very helpful, not pushy, and the installers did a great job. Had a small flaw in the carpet installation but it was taken care of in a timely manner. Will be contacting them again when we decide to re-do our basement flooring. Great experience overall.

Had our front entry way redone and experienced amazing customer service from start to finish. The tile removal and install was a seamless process, in and out in less than 3 days, and the crews were extremely professional and tidy! We will be using Jordan's for any of our upcoming projects.

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Jordan's and the staff (in particular , the Store Supervisor Dave Hunchak) in the purchase and installation of flooring for a recently purchased condo. Had our living room, kitchen, dinning area, washroom room and laundry redone. Excellent customer service from Clayton who helped with picking out the flooring and taking his time to explaining each type of floors keeping my budget in mind to the wonderful crew who did the installation (Murray and his team). Very professional, friendly and tidy. Planning on getting my basement done next and we will definetly using Jordan's. My friends are inlove with our flooring and also planning on using them as well.I highly recommend going with them.

My family and I would like to thank Norris and Jordans for helping us with a warranty issue. Norris was always patient, knowledgable, and willing to go to bat for us. Murray’s crew did our flooring: they dealt with Clay at the store. They were quick, efficient and professional. I’d use them, again. We got “hidden” vents, which are neat to have. They did both plank & carpeting in our home.
